Return Policy

At Clara & Weston London, we strive to keep our customers satisfied with every purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible to return it under the conditions outlined below. Please read this Return Policy carefully before requesting a return.


1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • All return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees and customs/duty fees.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • Undamaged

    • In their original condition

    • With all original tags, labels and packaging still attached

  • Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing the item (for longer use) is not.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, odors, stains, or missing tags may be refused and not refunded.

  • Ordering multiple sizes or variants with the intention of returning most of them is strongly discouraged. In cases of excessive or clearly abusive return behavior, Clara & Weston London reserves the right to refuse future returnsor decline a refund.


2. Return Window

  • You must request your return within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Requests made after this period may no longer be accepted.


3. How to Start a Return

  1. Submit your return request
    Send an email to info@claraweston.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
    Please include:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Receive the return address
    After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China) and any further instructions.

  3. Ship the item back
    You are responsible for:

    • All return shipping costs

    • Any customs, import duties or additional carrier fees for sending the package back abroad

  4. Use track & trace
    We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

    • You must keep your proof of shipment and tracking number until your return has been fully processed.


4. Refunds

Once your return has been received at our supplier’s address and inspected:

  • If the item is approved (in original, unused condition), we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • We aim to process approved refunds within 14 days after the returned item has been received and checked.

  • Original shipping costs (from us to you) are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable consumer law or in case of an error on our part.


5. Items That May Not Be Returnable

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories may be non-returnable, such as (but not limited to):

  • Underwear, lingerie, swimwear (if hygiene seals are broken)

  • Earrings or other intimate accessories

  • Personalized or custom-made items

Any exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page where applicable.


6. Liability & Incorrect Addresses

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered during checkout, this is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address errors or changes must be reported to info@claraweston.com within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes can still be made.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.
