  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify which payment options are available during checkout.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been completed, the order is transferred to our fulfilment process and cannot be modified unless the request falls within the timeframe set out in our policies.

4. Processing & Delivery

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days (depending on destination)

  • Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China.

Shipping delays caused by customs, postal services, force majeure, or other external factors are beyond the control of Clara & Weston London and cannot be used as grounds for cancellation or compensation.

  • Clara & Weston London is not responsible for loss, theft or damage of packages when tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

All content appearing on our website — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, designs, trademarks and logos — is the exclusive property of Clara & Weston London.
